@CraigWeather – I know this will be Ilb but aren’t you at Iceface? Was able to see over the pond today, good view of it. I used to have an app that GPS tracked what runs you were on and also top and average speeds. Was always comparing with a bro out at Mammoth. Remember one time he’s like ‘dude, you were over 55 on that run!’ which was true and pretty fast on a board (and I carve more than straight line). A couple weeks later a 19yr old girl on skis wrecked on the run and somehow managed to tree herself dead. I’ve dialed it back a bit since, at least on that stretch of the run as it narrows a bit. Tossed the app as well, was becoming an inducement to go stupid fast on every run (I ride weekdays lunchtime so its pretty empty). Be careful out there!
Minx, it was -6 at wakeup time today but was bright and sunny and +8 by the time I got the dog out. I finally shaved the other day and was a bit worried summit might still be negative but was a very nice +5!
