Good morning, Boneheads!
No way they can beat this team. Nope.
I was supposed to be at the game last night with my son, but Covid had different plans. Both my daughter and I got it over the weekend, so we are home entertaining each other. Good news is, unless I sleep, I watch every hockey game possible.

Early post today.
This is an incredibly resilient team. Don’t know if they have enough to finish the job, but if they don’t, it won’t be from lack of heart.
I thought they would come out on the short end of the stick against the Canes. But I never thought they didn’t have chance. Igor needs to keep being Igor. I did say “if they win tonight (last night obviously) they will take the series.” They can do this. By the way Lafreniere almost got that breakaway backhand through Raanta’s 5 hole. He saw the opening and just missed, Laffo-Busto knows what he’s doing!
Tried posting my fourth set of woots twice last night. Posts are lost in the blogosphere. Not from lack of heart.
Ilb,
Wishing you and your daughter a speedy recovery.
What a game last night.
Get that next win in Raleigh and my NYRPTSD may subside some!
Ilb, hope you and family have mild symptoms and get well soon. Myself, Mrs. Gravy, and Little Miss Gravy all got it two weeks ago. My wife and I had bad flu like symptoms. I had a fever for a week. My daughter had more like a mild cold.
Hoping for a swift recovery ilb for you and your daughters. My wife and I have had twice Ugh!
I haven’t had any Minxmares since the night of May 14th!
Did any of us really think we would be 2-2 rd 2 of the playoffs at the start of the season?
Get well soon to you both!
Speedy recovery Captain!
St Pete
After the moves Drury made I was pretty excited for this season knowing they would be better then all the talking heads and Drury haters on the athletic were saying.
Not sure I had them in the conference finals. But when I still had my athletic membership I wasted plenty of time defending this team and their potential
“Summer of Grit” as they called it over there.
First : ilb I wish you and your family feel better soon.
Second: cregg is right. I was also lauding Drury’s moves in the offseason, and well, during the season too. The Athletic comments section was a cesspool of uninformed “experts”. From people defending Vitaly Kravtsov like their life depended on it, and all the way down. I dumped my subscription after Carp left, and I haven’t regretted it for a minute.
Ilb, sorry to hear. Feel better & hope you go to Game 6.
Finally made my first MSG playoff game since 2014… wore my NYR/LA Stanley Cup hat, seems to have helped. The Trouba Domi Crusher happened almost in front of me!
Tony Sucks was one of the chants late in the game. Reeves was passed with all the Canes after play BS.
Reeves was pissed damn you google auto-correct
Have to agree with Capt Dave Maloney on Truba hit. Pretty much 1st time in a couple of years we have seen the ref make the right call. Good for them.
Also as simple as it sounds no matter what decade you play in playoff hockey is about special teams and goaltending. Ours has been very good last few games. Have to find a way to score one or two PP goals Thursday. If we do can see series over Saturday night. That said would love to play Tampa and have two of the best goalies in the game go head to head.
If some how we get to the next series who wants to bet that somehow Goodrow will get into a game or two. What’s a broken bone in the leg to a hockey player. Last thing about Carolina goalie. It would be wonderful if they bring back their no. 1 guy and we light him up for 5 or 6. But in Ranger land he will most likely pitch a shutout. Oh well. On to Carolina and glory.
GG reads this blog. Didn’t sniffle last night.
we good officiating crew last night… wish we saw more of them
ILB, hope it’s a mild case for you and your family. We are all not out of the woods yet. And we still have to be vigilant. Same got our Blueshirts. That was a great game. They’re doing all the right things and they have to know that Thursday is going to be a true test. Canes will get their matchups, the crowd will be all over them. Start the game strong and get that first goal boys!
coos
Everyone reads this blog even Sullivan!
He still loads up on his favorite grease pencils at the Garden gift shop when in town.
Every time I begin to think that Foxy is tiring and that the long season might be taking a toll, he shows me again what a unique talent he really us.
Hopefully this is the 2nd series that turns based on Trouba hit
They don’t call a Fox sly for nothing!
Beastly
Someone here after game 2 (I think) said game 5 was going to be huge for the rangers…prophetic understatement at the time.
Reynard the Fox
This team has guts and onions and the tagline “No quit in NY” has never been more appropriate. Those saying they’d get swept down 2-0 will just never accept that. It goes up and down the lineup, and there are probably several playing injured (Lindgren, Panarin, and Fox most likely). The team has moxie, even if they don’t weigh 200 pounds or hit someone every shift.
Foxy has a small mouth, like a parking meter coin slot, so if he stops by your summer place, he probably won’t eat much.
‘No Quit in NY’ is sophomoric , stupid, and banal, but must admit, it fits.
Does James still have a key to this car?
Coos
Who is James? JK
Yes, to answer your question.
James G. Hmmm. Thanx for answering.
Gravy
I found your 4 woots posts, they had ended up in the spam folder…I released one so your job is complete!!!
Well done sir!
Do they have strip clubs in Raleigh prust saying?
Coos
Welcome
Great performance last night. The Rangers appear to be growing game by game. Really is a shame they blew game 1.
Reaves might be old and slow but he gives our boys bigger…well you know!
TYM
Agreed but losing game 1 I believe helps make this team who they are becoming.
unfortunately I also tested positive yesterday for covid. When I woke up this morning I had slight nasal drip and a slight horsed voice that lasted an hour. Exactly same symptoms I had when I had my 1st vaccine. It helps to be healthy with no health problems at age 63.
Thanks, everyone. We’re ok.
Don’t underestimate the save Igor made on Pesce a minute and a half into the game. Bet you Carolina started to think ‘oh, carcillo, here he goes again’. I’m sure he’s been getting in their collective heads, they’re really gripping their sticks. Trouba’s hit and the ensuing PP goal by Vetrano pretty much tilted the ice after that.
Feel better, tommy
Seems EVERYBODY’s got this thing. What’s with all the 10 million ventilators we used to use? All a Fauci scam?
Feel better tommy!
right back at ya ILB, wish you and family a speedy recovery.
Ilb-family feel better. Will excuse the inaccurate game time line-up 😉 Have been debating about getting next booster sooner than later as I have a NY metro area trip in a few weeks. May need to wear the bunny suit from the sounds of it!
Anyone with Covid, feel better.
Anyone without Covid, no Covid for you 😉
Whole world’s come to a screeching halt and they supposedly still know nada, not even the origin. Pathetic.
From the News&Observer:
Frustration abounds as Hurricanes’ offense grinds away at nothing against the Rangers
It wasn’t even that Shesterkin was that otherworldly. He was … good. He made some nice stops. He gave up some big rebounds the Hurricanes couldn’t reach. He was not spectacular — nor was he really asked to be.
“I’m confident that eventually they’re going to find a way in the back of the net,” Sebastian Aho said. “Maybe in the forward group we can do a little better to be in his eyes. There’s still loose pucks out there for those second and thirds, dirty goals. You get one of those, you get confidence, and all of a sudden you get all kinds of goals.”
and
Then there’s the thing no one wants to talk about. Confidence can come and go, not only among players but up and down a roster. And as much as your best players have to be your best players — you may have heard that before — that can be true from top to bottom.
You can see that in a team that starts to second-guess its own goaltender, which is certainly not the case with Antti Raanta. But you can also see it in a team that starts mythologize the opposing goaltender, even entirely subconsciously. That certainly happened last year against Andrei Vasilevskiy, although the Hurricanes were neither the first nor the last to find themselves in that particular predicament.
Given that the Hurricanes have gotten all of five goals past Shesterkin in four games, they’re probably fortunate even to be even.
I’m still here El Guapo!
Notified that Karl Hungus liked my 10:18 but no record of it on this screen. Sup?
You the one censoring and eliminating my (and other) Posts, El Guapo?
Canes looked down and out. Zero confidence on the road.
With that said I expect a dog fight and another close grinding kind of game tomorrow.
Last night may have been the most aggressive but well played game they’ve had this season. Good in all three zones. Nice to see.
Coos, I agree with you on “No quit…”, not buying a shirt or anything, but definitely have shown it to be true all season.
Unleash the woots!
obviously for the rangers to win this series they have to win a game in Raleigh, NC. I’m not sure they can do this and so far the way this series has gone the home team wins. If the rangers want to move on they will have to figure out how to beat the canes in there building.
Coos I barely have time to pee and allow my bladder to fully empty while I’m standing there. No joke. So no
And even if I had the time and interest in doing so I would have emailed you if I were to do that.
canes appear to be a different team at home.
Gravy Jr. avoided it this time. He was the only one of us who got it in January. Hopefully the antibodies stick around for awhile.
To be fair, NYR could (should) have won Game 1 and were down 1-0 until the ENG. I’d go as far to say the Canes didn’t dominate NYR in either game as much as NYR did to them yesterday.
I didn’t want to dwell but I couldn’t help but think it could be a 3-1 series lead right now.
If they lose this series I’ll dwell briefly. For now they’re making a series out of it.
Canes responded well to Boston tying it 2-2 in first round. No counting chickens before the eggs hatch
Rangers are playing with house money and growing. As this progresses, you have to think about the future. Next year’s roster will look a lot different than this current roster. What will the outcome of that new roster be? Who will stay and who will go? It will be interesting to see.
Next year’s rooster.
regarding next year I think rangers should let strome walk and sign copp and mott if possible. I would love for the rangers to also sign Frankie V but I know that won’t happen because of the stagnant cap.
Don’t know what to tell you guys about the “like” issue. There’s no magic button that Bobbyo is so scared of. It could just be a internet/tech gremlin.
Fwiw, there are comments that I have to hit the “like” button several times before it registers. I’m not any sort of tech expert at all (shuddap Ilb) but I think it’s due to the page not being fully loaded on my phone…but that’s just a relatively uneducated guess.
Respect everyone’s hockey knowledge here but honestly don’t care about likes or opinions …its probably my only redeeming quality .
Lol
So is ilb Captain Sniffles now? Get well soon. My positive test came with no symptoms. It may have to do with the 4 shots (vaccine, not vodka) that I have taken. I’m old as dirt and take any advantage I can get.
ORF
Great call re captain sniffles
It’s always good to have a Copp, Apple Sauce, a loaf of Bread, and a DJ to spin it all so it doesn’t become an Enigma in Fox Hollow!
Feel better Tommy!
from a few days ago
Here they come to snuff the roster.
I will say this much about the conversation regarding the roster looking different next season…Those of you who think that the most logical thing would be trading Lindgren in order to get cap space may want to start looking for a new cap causality.
If we wanted to learn more about the individuals on this roster by watching them and what they bring in the post season then I think it’s been made abundandtly clear to this point that Lindgren isn’t going anywhere and is one of the more valuable blueliners on the team.
Don’t feel bad Bobby, I don’t even have a redeeming quality. I’m just unlikeable. Ask anyone here!
I don’t think there were many here that wanted to get rid of Lindgren or that thought he should be a cap casualty.
I’m not sure how or why this has become such a topic. He’s playing the way he always plays.
Quiet james, no one likes you 😉
The only reason Lindgren’s name came up was because people were trying to come up with ways to either re-sign both Strome and Copp, or keep Vatrano. Lindgren doesn’t have a NMC, and they potentially already have replacements in the system for the league minimum. Nobody “wanted” Lindgren traded.
Wick, I know 🙁
It has come up enough to make me wonder if it’ll become a thing…I figure it’s worth bringing up because if fans rub sticks together long enough there will be enough smoke to mistake as a fire. Mostly I’m just chirping BDL 😉
Seriously though I don’t think he’s doing anything differently. I just think it reinforces a point some of us have argued for a while about what wins playoff games.
I don’t want to get ahead of myself but can’t help wondering if they’d get Blais and Goodrow back should they make it past the Canes. That would make for an interesting round to say the least.
They can’t trade Trouba, THE, Bread, or Mika, so where can they find cap space? It was just to point out to people if they wanted to keep more than one of Copp, Strome, or Vatrano, this is how they would do it. Need to trade Nemeth, Chytil, Kakko, and Lindgren.
Wick
I absolutely read posters putting up scenarios where it might be good idea to trade Lindgren now before they would have to pay him bigger bucks later to save cap space.
Perhaps I misinterpreted what was stated, but I remember this was seriously discussed during the season.
Gravy,
want/think it’s neccessary / whatever. I’m sure you see as clearly as I do who the difference makers have been in these playoffs thus far.
Gravy
That’s right…I remember that thread of convo now that you mentioned it.
Good recollection on your part!
Have to find a way to sign Strome, Copp, Vatrano but dont forget Motte!
Bobby, don’t be surprised if Motte is the only one of those names to come back lol
Copp and motte the most likely and logical at this point imho.
Drury will have multiple offers on Lindgren before he finishes pronouncing his last name and the word ‘available’
love Motte…wanted him here before the deadline
Vatrano has no place in this lineup going forward because of Kakko and Lafreniere/Kreider. Plus, he already priced himself out by his playoff performance. Plus, the autocorrect changes his name to ‘vagrant’ every time I post a lineup.
It will be either Strome or Copp because I don’t think Copp will be cheaper than Strome
Copp over Stromeo just based on size and faceoffs … both may be too pricey ….that may be good for Motte and Vatrano
the other possibility is Drury moves Kakko or he gets signed to offer sheet and they let him walk
Coos, not only we used millions of ventilators, we also had to learn how to share them. Ugh..
They can say whatever they want about this Omicron and it being worse than original. What I see is different. Not only we have less admissions, but also very few on ventilators. And since now we learned better Covid ventilator protocols, the outcomes are much, much better.
I look forward to the day when people get sick (with anything) and don’t feel the need to talk about it. That said, I hope everybody feels better soon. I don’t post here often but do appreciate everyone here.
Let’s Go RANGERS!
We haven’t decided to ban medicine from the blog yet. 😃
Goodrow is skating. How long has it been since he got injured?
Game 1 vs Pens was 5/3, ILB
They “literally” cannot re-sign Copp, Strome, and Vatrano based on current movement clauses.
Scottsdale, don’t you have to go stress about something Islanders for next year?
Ilb
Too long
Islanders blogs are super stressed, with the Rangers’ success against “good luck the Canes, Rags!” as well as the odd firing of Barry Trotz.
They could barely re-sign two of them. I did the math a few weeks back. They could sign Copp and Strome for a total of $11M, then trade Chytil, Nemeth, Lindgren, and let Georgie walk. They would then need to sign all replacements for minimum plus bonus cushions, Kakko and Blais for 3.7M total, and a backup goalie for $1M, and it would still be extremely close. There’s just no way Vatrano fits in.
Goodrow is at least in game shape if he comes back at 75-85%. Blais hasn’t seen action since October. There may be some rust but I’d like to see how it would play out if the opportunity arose
Coos, did you respond to me? Did someone delete it? If so, I accept your apology for the accusation.
Did you guys know when you “like” a poster’s comment, they get an email notification about it?
I find it both hilarious and ironic the person that doesn’t give a crap about “likes” but is afraid of a “like” tracker is liking other folks comments.
Ah, what a funny, weird place this is lol.
I appeared, then disappeared, but no one ‘deleted.’ Like a star rising in the east and the Virgin birth.
Certainly not an accusation, merely an inquiry. 🙂
Amazing how little we know about ANYTHING, even (or especially) the ‘experts’.
And, curiously, my Post mentioned Jackie Robinson which to some is taboo. Should have said Mickey Mantle..
Wick said ‘crap’ and I want it duly noted and inquired into.
And oh… LGR!
i b4 e except after c. Weird.
Coos
You ok?
Karl Hungus’ likes often do not register on this blog.
I just want to make sure I understand all of this correctly…it’s ok to accuse/not accuse/inquire…use words like “cowardly” etc in those accusations not accusations but it’s NOT ok to ask questions if there is an issue with something?
Yep, definitely a weird, funny place we have here.
I mentioned it a few weeks ago that I had some posts just “disappear” (3 to be exact over the period of about 2 weeks).
I have no idea where they went nor does anyone else. I reposted them if they were important and moved on if it was gibberish…guess I don’t see what the big deal is about it, but whatevs…
YOU have a nasty streak and delusions of grandeur. And so it goes, as Vonnegut was fond of saying.
James,
LGR! I have no idea about who you’re talking about!
Coos
I’m also curious if this post of yours

Player brags, ‘I’m Jackie Robinson!’ You say, ‘Hi, Jackie.’ MLBaseball says, ‘You’re suspended.’ America, circa 2022.
Is the post that then prompted this one…

Where’s my Jackie Robinson Post, officious, self-important cowards!
Bobbyo
You’ve got one shot to make this right or you can enjoy a break, it’s up to you how this moves forward.
I guess asking questions are still not ok depending on who gets asked.
The guy who accuses folks of being cowards claims someone else has delusions of grandeur
Lmmfao
Jamesgeau
I’d like to see them keep Copp and Motte. I haven’t given up on adding Nick Paul either.
And yes Bobbyo, I deleted your comment earlier.
what do i have to make right ? liking a comment?
You don’t care about likes so that isn’t it.
I asked you an honest question about something that was of genuine concern. Instead of simply and politely giving an honest answer to the question you chose to be combative for whatever reason.
Some folks here gripe all the time about things yet when asked what their particular issue is with genuine intent to address it if possible, those inquiries are just met with resistance and tinfoil hat conspiracies.
It’s either a legit problem that can be met with constructive discord and trying to get a solution or it’s simply folks wanting to cry and whine about rules that most of us seem to routinely follow but for some reason a few think they are better than the rest of us who follow the rules and don’t have to.
My suggestion to those few is go elsewhere, the rules here are the rules. If you want to post things that aren’t allowed here, find another place that allows them (I’m sure you’ll be able to).
instead of circling around and around what is the question
Now, I’m off to another DoD sponsored MRI, so I’ll be in the tube for a bit (not to be confused with wolski and the tub).
You can find it’s previous thread, I’m sure your capable.
Apparently you asked if i had an issue…very cryptic…then you stated that “When you “like” a complaint comment it makes me think you have an issue with something” …So the answer is I dont have an issue and I liked both of Coos posts – I click like on alot of posts …i don’t think posts need to be removed in general …we’re all adults
While we debate likes versus non-likes and disappearing posts during whilst our team is in the second round playoffs….
….Assdancers fans are debating the legality of Trouba’s hit, the spineless Hurricanes and their “incompetent” coach’s inability to “adjust like Barry Trotz would have”…
Priorities, people!!
Wouldn’t mind trying to get Nick Cousins from Vegas. Dudes good on FO’s. Don’t know what his cap hit though?
Nick Cousins plays for the predators and is a free agent, was making 1.5 mil.
Who is Earl Fungus on this bog, anyway? Oh, and why again, there is this meaningless words fencing between faithful?
First off, I’d like to thank all the taxpayers on here that funded my DoD MRI. It was actually enjoyable due to being provided with headphones and my choice of music (can never go wrong with a solid hour of five finger death punch!!!).
Thank you all
wick, I hate those MRI machines, your halfway in the machine and can’t move a muscle. The only time it didn’t bother me is when the person running the machine asked me what music I would like to hear and of course I selected pink floyd, Dark Side of the moon. I know, showing my age.
So now…Bobbyo
I didn’t think there was any cryptic nature to my question at all, but to make sure you understood the question I elaborated what I meant in the follow up post (which you mentioned in your earlier response).
I don’t quite get why that was such an issue for you to simply answer a legit question but thanks for your answer now.
As far as “adults”, I find your choice of a point for “adult” behaviour reference to be interesting.
Most adults I know understand that there are various rules over many various things and while not always our favourite thing in some instances, the adult thing to do in respect and honour the rules not continually push the limits or test them like children would.
Most folks here are adult enough to follow them and not continually “test” them because they enjoy the hockey talk and gibberish here even though there are “rules” they may not have to follow other places.
Or you know, just be an adult and answer a simple question of relevance when asked by someone that could, in theory, fix a possible problem if there is one.
Or not instantly incorrectly assuming some garbage conspiracy about post deletion is going on because you have nothing better to do and then not be “adult” enough to say you were wrong about it.
Those are more “adult” things IMO than being upset about a few rules about language or topics that have been established by the guy that has spent a lot of time over the years keeping this place going determined were what the majority of folks here wanted.
Tommy
Yeah, those things are something. The staying still part is always tricky IMO. If I’m awake it’s fine, but I move quite a bit when I sleep and I fell asleep once in one and kept moving and the tech doing it had to do every image over again.
It wasn’t good lol
Regarding getting an mri. Two things i do to make it tolerable. I think of my favorite place, which is walking on the beach in Aruba and just go for a stroll. Also if the test is going to take 45 minutes;I ask the tech to give me a time check every 9 minutes. When you count down from 5 to 4 and so on it is a little easier to get through. Just some thought on what has helped me.
Jeff
Good ideas. Do you get headphones normally?
I’m curious if they offer those in most “normal” mri facilities.
Although I hate sand and the beach so I definitely wouldn’t pick Aruba 😉
I for one, months ago, said Lindgren is captain material! And I stand by that! He is everything you want a defenseman to be.
Cal
He’s one of the top 3 or 4 candidates IMO.
Really curious to see if they even name one at any point or just wait until they feel laffo busto is ready.
Do the blues make it past tonight?
I guess I’m living on the edge when I said if they won last night they’re taking the series. Positivity from the Minx imagine that!
Husso No!
Lindgren is an interesting discussion summer of 2023 or really 2024, no reason to fret about it now one way or the other beyond everyone on this roster Igor is tradeable in the right deal theoretically.
Personally would see no harm at all in letting him stay here until he is a UFA. Have to look at other d on the roster, his overall health, and cap situation in summer of 2024 as to whether you trade him, sign him for one more year as an RFA, or give him a new longterm deal in the summer of 2024 (with tight cap and memory of Girardi and Staal contracts being reasons to seriously debate at that time)
Bobbyo
Simply put, a post was put up that was questioning something on the blog and used some not complimentary language in it towards others here. You “liked” that comment.
To most folks a “like” is saying you concur or agree or support the opinion. Since the opinion wasn’t complimentary and was insinuating a problem on the blog.
I simply asked you, because of your “like”, if you also had an “issue”.
I can’t explain it any more simply than that.
Bobbyo
I can see by your deleted post that you clearly have no interest in doing the right thing here which is a real shame.
Craps Wilson out 6-8 months…he’ll be well rested for a half season next year.
Jamesgeau x2
Sorry Bobbyo, you were given multiple opportunities.
So the Lindgren vs. Lindgren finals is still a possibility. Gotta love Playoff Hockey.
Great come-back by St.Louis!
Would that be Lindgren on Lindgren crime?
😉
Hank in for Bissonette on the post game show. That’s an upgrade.
Hank’s even prettier on TNT.
Hank is everywhere…it’s the hair
Has anyone called him shampoo boy on the air yet?
Wick, Charlie has played some real good net for the Blues this season, in his limited Opportunities.
If I’m not mistaken I think he played for montreal as well at one point and was decent for them too.
I don’t know why he’s never gotten a longer look. Depth I guess.
Big game tonight!
Blues not flat last night.
Sometime when I scroll on my phone and I’m a little drowsy my finger accidentally hits a like button
If you notice and go back you can click again and unlike yourself
Or if you are just scrolling you can accidentally unlike a post you liked
Jus sayin’ 😉
Let’s trade Lindgren in 2 years before he becomes captain and we don’t have to pay him!
Goodrow started skating yesterday.
Big boy pants game tonight. If we win, it’s over at MSG next game. If we lose, it’s going 7 and is a toss-up in Carolina. MUST WIN tonight! And I don’t want to get ahead of myself, but if we can get past this series, I actually have a very good feeling about playing Tampa. But, I could be totally wrong….
Bissonette must be po’d to be replaced a Ranger. Future HOFer in for a former knuckle dragger. I like Cally on ESPN too.
First game in the series where the pressure is on the Canes. Let’s see how they react.
Yuuuuuugggggeeeeeee game tonight folks!!!!!
LGR!!
Cregg
Yep. Like I said yesterday I have a problem with them too at times, guessing it’s due to website not loaded all the way.
Or just tech wonkiness 😉
I always get taken to Ev’s linked page because I click his name by accident as I’m scrolling.
OMG…did you guys see what happened when Kreider had problems with the “like” button on RR2??
Gravy
Lmao…I thought I was the only one that ever happened to.
E3?
All the toilets in New Yorks police stations have been stolen.
The Police have nothing to go on.
Lmao
The reality is this….
Whoever wins tonight more than likely wins the series.
Carolina’s going to be shot out of a cannon in the 1st period, so… Shesty has to be his besty to give us a chance.
If we can withstand the 1st period onslaught and take the crowd out of it, I like our chances. Otherwise, we’re playing with fire should we come out with an L tonight.
ORF – y’old capt Cally doesn’t have to talk in capital letters to get his message out there. He’s knowledgable. Also comes across as a very down to earth guy – (exchange with his grandma in the road to the Winter Classic many moons ago).
Whoever wins tonight has a 3-2 lead.
Grandma cally
+1
James G is the worst.
The absolute WORST!!!!
Whoever wins tonight, doesn’t lose tonight.
3-2 after 5
Whoever signs Gauthier, signs Gauthier.
If NYR lose tonight, they will have lost the series, just like they were swept 2-0.
Wow, apparently Ray Liotta died. He was a good fella.
Carolina has score 5 goals with a goalie in net and have led for a total of 24:06 in 4 games. So which fanbase should be more concerned?
well, carolina is 6-0 at home since the playoffs started but I’m going to be positive and say there due for a lost at home.
So you’d be objectively confident in NYR if they were 6-0 at home, but had scored 5 goals in the last 4 games? Against the likely Vezina winner?
That’s not to say I’m confident in NYR, because as fans, we know better 🙂
But, if we’re comparing the two teams as an objective outsider, I think it’s leaning more in that direction.
Karen finally got him in his sleep..😢
Rest In Peace Ray Liotta..
CCCP,
Hopefully it didn’t have anything to do with telling Ty Cobb to stick it and his field of dreams awaits him….
Did we win?
So far we’re even.
“What’s so funny?” Joe Pesci holding Liaotta on a knifes edge before they tear into laughter is one of my favorite movie scenes.
RIP Henry Hill
Does anyone else have a smart phone that when you get in your vehicle will automatically pop up a banner that says where you are heading…even though you haven’t entered an address or anything in it?
Creepy
Wicky
They know what can you’re on!
Road win tonight for the boys in blue.
Igor handles hurricanes like a soft summer breeze, with the rag top down.
St Pete
I blame autocorrect…which is run by putin.
Wick
They don’t call em smart phones for nothing!
Are we getting overconfident yet with these Rangers?
Due for a stinker.
100% will come out flat…just depends how much Igor can hold the fort down. Remember, this team needs adversity to kick it into gear, and 2-2 isn’t it.
