So how does the Panarin saga end? Does he decide when it’s ok to come back? There’s no complaint against him anywhere. There no legal process to run its course.
Even if Panarin hit someone, which none of us condone, and I have my doubts that he did, the incident is well past the statute of limitations of our nation. There must be something nefarious going on that would cause Panarin to take a leave of absence because hitting someone 10 years ago seems quire trivial.
