We are very close to real hockey. Thursday they have physicals, and Friday on-ice drills. The camp roster will be available soon, unless I missed it. Two players are still unsigned, Lemieux and DeAngelo. Not having a contract signed doesn’t preclude them from showing for training camp.

Before I see kakko on tv for the 1st or knew his height/weight, I pictured him looking like a Sebastian Aho or Miri heskinen, a smaller slimmer tenacious gamer.
I had no idea. He’s a moose. He’s a big thick kid. He kinda skates around like Lindros used to. Such strong legs, one two strides is all he needs moving around until it calls for kicking it into the next gear
I’ve been listening to this audiobook called the cosmic serpent. This anthropologist studied South American shaman cultures to learn how these cultures found all these plant based cures and remedies that the pharma industry went in and bought the rights to and it’s now our western medicines blueprints, meanwhile amongst 70 thousand different species of plants in the jungles and rain forests somehow through their shamanistic practices, which were psychedelics, supposedly the plant based psychedelic experiences would teach them all these cures to the villagers ailments and illnesses, one plant does this and another plant does that and combining them would create a one-two effect, things to that effect.
Well anyway, he studied shamans of all cultures throughout history to see if they spoke of the same fundamentals but with different wordings and what not, and in doing this research he found out that the term shaman seemed to have been 1st used and originated in the Siberian mountains.

He was way too young and it was way too permanent, bc of it though no matter how down I ever got, its never been an option. I’d have a voice kick inside saying F that, F what happened to my friend, I’m not going anywhere and I learnt how to make myself more peaceful. I got away from intense situations and dynamics and really have lived a humble but free life.
You def have the means and the friends and support to live a simple humble peaceful fulfilling life.
You’ve stood up for a lot,became a spokesmen for an important issue; but now, just do you and by doing you be a light for the other athletes and men who will surely go through what you have.
But don’t do it for that reason, do it for the blessings that is YOUR life and let it speak for itself ✌️👏🤝
