I wish I could count how many times over the years I have lived through this game. Inferior opponent playing for nothing against the Rangers who need the points desperately. They come out and crap the bed. Now they are left having to have a killer road trip. Largely irresponsible game, little physicality and attention to detail, especially in the neutral and defensive zones and outworked all night.

Kappa was just not present, I noticed him once on the ice the whole game. From now on 18-20 year old should develop in college/Hartford and earn their stripes before playing varsity. They are at the high end of the expectations we had for the season. They just might not be able to get over the top this year .
