On fire today and correct, you need a guy with talent up there to take advantage of the other two guys ability.
You can’t really do much from the current roster to enhance the Zibanejad line but you certainly can take fast o of fd the stt tax Rome line to improve it.
Not upset, Wicky, though a bit confused you don’t appear to know how to read 🙂 And I love it that the lower-production line can’t be improved but that the higher-production line must be fixed even as the Rangers hit their hottest streak of the year. Ah, well, DQ can’t please everyone.
Norm – per NHL and working on a TOI minute basis and pretending they were the only line combo:
AP(0.06181) RS(0.04225) JF(0.02788) = 0.13194
CK(0.03891)MZ(0.04610) PB(0.03436) = 0.11937 (no prorating of Zib)
However –
1- Panarin played a (prorated) 8% more ES TOI than Zib
2- The Panarin goal production for 5×5 hockey is as follows, as from Leftwinglock.com. Unforunately, no TOI info.

Keep in mind the DJ is 12 games shy of the other 5 guys that’s quite a few points added to the KZB.
It’s one of the reasons I like the athletic so much, good info.
I’d have never thought of net zero for fast until I heard it from there. It’s a very logical description for him on that line.
Although orr still gets the gold star for couch as a nickname for him.
Fast does not belong with Bread and Strome just because he’s good defensively. It’s like having a dog without teeth that barks a lot!
