In other news, the Rangers recalled Matt Beleskey from Hartford while Tim Getting shuffled back. Beleskey is expected to join the 4th line in an attempt to replace some of that energy lost with the injury to Cody McLeod. Trouble is, energy isn’t the only thing lacking from their game lately.

Chytil is probably going to flub his first shoot out try so he may as well go ahead and get it out of his system. They played against the varsity tonight. It’s a learning experience, but, they are nowhere near able to compete with the Jets and Hank may be back in Stockholm before they can.
Saw some K’Andre Miller highlights and the kid can shoot the puck and he as size. Hopefully someone is teaching him how to defend. He is two to three years away so some of the anchor contracts they have on D will be gone by then. BTW the Shatty, Skjei and Smith contracts are all on Gorton. I hope he is as smart as Carp says he is, but, I have my doubts. We are depending on him and OTB Gordie. Is that the army you want to go to war with? LOSEFORHUGHES.

It was fun watching Andersson and Howden play away from the puck, very smart; 6th sense type of hockey smarts. Strome is another smart player.

I thought people wanted the Rangers to play with snarl. So Smith does a few x checks which is the type of penalty a team is supposed to kill unlike hooking, holding or tripping (the lazy penalties)

their coach gave major props to Henrik
with a 3-0 lead, that was a very stupid penalty playing a guy in the corner with his back to the net and no threat to score. Jets PP is ranked 2nd in league.
